Owner Jason Binnie has been sharpening skates and doing equipment fittings and repair for 20 years.  Jason grew up in Johnstown and played his junior hockey in western Canada before returning to the area.  He worked in retail hockey equipment sales for over 10 years before deciding to make a career change and enter the automotive sales industry.  Jason maintained his passion for hockey and the customers who counted on his services, so in 2017 he branched out and opened Binnie’s Skate Sharpening and Equipment Repairs, where he continues to provide the highest quality and most consistent sharpening, profiling, and skate care available in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
